• St. Thomas: A 300-square-foot suite with one bathroom.
• Hyde Park: A one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with sizes ranging from 600 to 795 square feet.
• Hillsborough: A two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with sizes ranging from 920 to 975 square feet. 
  
  

SHINE® Memory Care

Our SHINE® Memory Care program also has three floor plans for residents to choose from: 

• St. Croix: A 300-square-foot suite with one bathroom. 
• Antigua: A 500-square-foot unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. 
• Grenada: A 640-square-foot unit with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Walk-in and roll-in showers make personal hygiene easier than ever. Wide entrances with shower curtains, rather than sliding doors, allow residents to shower independently with ease and comfort. 

Open Concept Design 

Navigating hallways and separate spaces can be tough if you're a senior. Tight turns make it difficult for mobility devices, such as wheelchairs and walkers.

At Discovery Village Westchase, our units have an open concept design. Rooms easily flow into one another, and the kitchenettes and living areas are usually combined into a singular, large space.

Though our residents can experience restaurant-style dining every day with our Sensations dining program, it is still important for residents to prepare their own meals and snacks. That is why each assisted living unit features a kitchenette. 

Kitchenettes occupy minimal space yet come equipped with essential amenities like microwaves and refrigerators. They also have plenty of storage for all of your cooking essentials. 

Memory Care Apartment Features 

Although our memory care units are on the smaller side, they still provide many beneficial features for our residents, including the following. 

• Streamlined Sleeping Areas: Bedrooms are easy to find and navigate, which is important for individuals with memory issues who may get confused.
